Getting Back To Working Out After A Long Hiatus

Spring is here and many will start thinking to get back to exercise and be more active. However is not an easy task to make your body run again or go back to the gym and do full session of hard core exercises all of the sudden!

I’ve been there and here is how I dealt with it.

I was starting to go to the gym and run again after about 6 months that I wasn’t doing any exercise at all. At that time I had a sedentary job and I was feeling more and more miserable because of it. I would just go to work, sit for the 8 hours then go…
