Happy Chinese New Year 2023 — Water Rabbit Vibes
For last Year, last Christmas it’s time,
Welcoming a new dawn and a new moon to align,
Sir Rabbit, please make it to the finish line
And don’t take a nap this time,
Be aware of the Ox behind,
While the war is still on, he doesn’t recline.
The New Chinese Year has red flavours,
Luna is the compass to count the centuries,
Either of joy or sadness, either of love or guilt,
Water like an ocean of emotions,
Rabbit like seizing the moments,
Together are powerful vibes.
Share the good times in Unity,
Escape the hunter with Individuality,
Be faster than the bullet in Velocity,
Be smarter than the coyote with Perspicacity,
Take the wisest choice with Immediacy,
Or enjoy the carrot Peacefully.
As for me I will sit here and observe
Making notes of the progress and the failure,
Seize the moment and predict the actions,
Showered by the rain and blown by the wind,
In a balanced routine which has its rewards,
Creating an authentic life that I so much graved for.
Rabbit from time to time will be coming,
Jumping all around and screaming:
“I’m late! I’m late! For a very important date!”
I will start first walking, then running, then racing,
Determined to do my best with all my being
Then the Universe will be rejoicing.
The Rabbit’s uniqueness of being fully present today,
Not in the further tomorrow nor in the yesterday,
Makes him sense the danger when is still far away
From a small detail in the bigger picture,
He fears for a millisecond and lives happily forever,
Water Rabbit, show us the way!
