Hi, so happy to have come across your article!! I wish I could express so easily and marvellously these concepts as you did here. These concepts are very well known to me. I suspect we read the same important books.

I have tried to make the Ego and Inner voice collaborate but clearly the fragmentation which took place in my childhood is very hard to integrate.
