How To Overcome Insomnia And Improve Your Sleep Routine
When you are an overthinker, often you will find yourself still awake at 4 am in the morning. Your mind will jump from one thought to another, you will find yourself thinking about the past, present, and future several times. Using the sleep time for numerous scenarios without actually getting any sustainable result and before you know it it’s morning.

I realized later that I wasn’t paying attention to my body’s signals and that Insomnia is part of my life, therefore was a good idea to get to know each other better.
Symptoms
After endless appointments missed and days where I was affected by chronic tiredness, I start wondering how to get better at this game. Going to bed earlier, around 10 pm, wasn’t helping as my biological watch will not recognize that time as bedtime yet and I would just start my struggle to get asleep earlier.
