It took me very long until I understood how it really works and how many variable I need to keep in mind when publishing, after publishing, topics etc.

Engagement comes naturally when is genuine interaction. Obviously to boost it I have heard people writing 100 comment a day or 4h everyday between writing and reading.

My strategy is simple: If I like what I read will follow otherwise I may clap and return the read. My time is not much but trying to optimize the results!
